Returns Policy – Montclair Lane

At Montclair Lane, we do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there may be times when you wish to make a return. Below is our return policy explained clearly and transparently.


1. Conditions for Returns

A return can only be made if the following conditions are met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All labels and tags must still be attached.
  • You may try on the item, but it must not be worn for extended periods or used.
  • To prevent abuse, we do not accept returns for orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning a significant portion.

2. Return Timeframe

  • A return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • After approval of the request, you have 14 days to ship the package.

3. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any additional costs such as customs duties or fees (if applicable) are also the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return Procedure

  • Send your return request to info@montclairlane.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • You will receive return instructions and the return address by email. Returns must be shipped to China.
  • Carefully package the item to avoid damage during transit.
  • Ship the package at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace).

5. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the return, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
  • The refund is processed within 14 days after approval of the return.

Note: If the returned item does not meet the conditions (e.g., it is used, damaged, or missing tags), we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction to the refund.


6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages if shipped without tracking.
  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from an incorrect address entered by the customer.
  • Any address corrections must be communicated as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.
